Those of us who enjoy recreating in wild and scenic places have a duty to be good stewards of the land and to protect it for future generations to enjoy. I spent the past weekend at #RumbleX, a gathering of athletes, biologists, tribal leaders and environmentalists, camping and exploring in the proposed Greater #GrandCanyonHeritage National Monument area. It was "activism for preserving movement" and I learned so much more about why we need to protect and connect habitats for wildlife and people to coexist and thrive.
