Putting my head down and trying to think cool thoughts. It's the 7th straight day of over 100 degree heat in Salt Lake City. I'm a cold weather gal. I grew up experiencing -40 degree windchill winters in the frozen lowlands of the Midwest. Heat provides an added mental challenge for me when I'm training in the mountains.
