Salt Lake City in the spring is an outdoor adventurer's paradise. I was so grateful to be able to go for a sunset trail run last night (especially after many months of dealing with this foot injury). It wasn't a long run, and it still hurt, but it made my heart so happy! Photo: @johnevansphoto
