Sunrise over the Mt. Whitney massif. I'm proud to report that we were successful in our quest to climb and ski the highest peak in the contiguous USA in a day. I anticipated a #sufferfest. Whitney met the challenge…and then some. We are now en route to Death Valley to visit the lowest point in North America! If we make it tonight, we will complete our goal of going from the highest point in the lower 48 to the lowest in North America in a single day, an elevation different of 14,787'/4507m.
